Jean-Phillipe J28PJ has announced via twitter that he will be active from Guinea (3X) and Sierra Leone (9L) from September 2021. Side trips to IOTA AF-037 & AF-051 possible. His stay in the region could be up to 5 years. More info to follow in due course.
